Delete your Wong Chao Logistics account
You can permanently request deletion inside the iOS app. This protects your account from unauthenticated deletion requests.
In the app
- Open Account.
- Choose Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What happens
Sessions are revoked and account data is deleted or de-identified, except records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations. Active physical-service records may need to finish processing first.
Cannot sign in?
Contact support from the verified email on the account. We will verify identity before starting deletion.
