王朝智慧物流由王朝国际货运有限公司及王朝商业进出口有限公司运营。任何用户均可在无需账号或邀请的情况下，按车牌号、柜号或电子锁 SN 查询公开的车辆位置与运输状态。授权员工可另行登录，处理运输任务、司机交接、电子锁和路上安防工作。

我们收集的信息

根据您的账号权限和实际使用功能，我们可能收集以下信息：

• 账号信息：用户名、显示名称、角色、登录会话和权限状态。
• 运输资料：车辆名称、车牌号、柜号、客户名称、货物说明、路线、起点、终点、运输进度和任务状态。
• 司机资料：司机姓名、司机电话、驾驶证号码（如填写）和司机交接照片。
• 车辆与电子锁资料：GPS锁SN、车辆位置、路线位置、速度、电量、电子锁状态、锁绳状态、远程施封、解封、唤醒和状态刷新记录。
• 安防资料：报警原因、安防请求、派出和处理状态。
• 设备权限资料：只有当您主动点击地图上的“我的位置”按钮时，应用才会请求定位权限，例如将地图居中到您的当前位置，方便您与附近车辆的位置进行比较。此设备位置仅在您的 iPhone 上处理，不会上传到我们的服务器。相机或相册权限仅在授权员工主动添加司机交接照片时请求。
• 安全与审计资料：登录尝试、账号操作、任务操作、安防操作、电子锁操作、时间、IP地址和设备/浏览器信息。

我们如何使用信息

我们使用上述信息提供车辆定位、运输调度、清关运输协同、电子锁操作、司机交接记录、路上安防支持、账号权限控制、系统安全和内部审计。我们不会将应用数据用于第三方广告追踪。

共享与披露

我们不会出售个人信息。信息仅在完成物流运营、客户服务、系统托管、安全维护、依法合规或争议处理所需范围内，向王朝物流授权人员、合作客户、基础设施服务商和必要服务提供方共享。

保存期限

我们仅在物流运营、客户服务、安全审计、合规要求和争议处理所需期间保存信息。超过必要期限后，我们会删除、匿名化或按合规要求封存相关记录。

安全措施

应用通过HTTPS传输数据。账号密码在服务器端以安全哈希方式保存，会话信息在设备安全存储能力可用时使用系统安全存储。电子锁密码和敏感操作仅向具备相应权限的账号开放。

Wong Chao Smart Logistics is operated by Wong Chao International Freight Co., Ltd. and Wong Chao Business Import & Export Co., Ltd. Anyone can use the public tracking experience without an account or invitation to search by plate number, container number, or GPS lock serial number and view public vehicle location and shipment status. Authorized staff may sign in separately for operational tasks, driver handovers, GPS lock controls, and road-security work.

Information We Collect

Depending on your access level and app usage, we may collect:

• Account information, including username, display name, role, session, and access status.
• Shipment information, including vehicle name, plate number, container number, customer name, cargo description, route, origin, destination, progress, and trip status.
• Driver handover information, including driver name, phone number, license number if provided, and driver photos.
• Vehicle and GPS lock information, including lock serial number, vehicle location, route position, speed, battery level, lock status, rope status, and remote lock action records.
• Security support information, including alert reason, request, dispatch, and resolution status.
• Device permission information. Location permission is requested only after you tap the map's My Location button, for example to center the map on your current position and compare it with nearby vehicles. Your device location is processed on your iPhone and is not uploaded to our servers. Camera or photo-library permission is requested only when authorized staff choose to add a driver handover photo.
• Security and audit information, including login attempts, account actions, trip actions, security actions, lock actions, timestamps, IP address, and device/browser information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide fleet tracking, dispatch coordination, customs and logistics operations, GPS lock controls, driver handover records, road-security support, account access control, system security, and internal audit logs. We do not use app data for third-party advertising tracking.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed with authorized Wong Chao Logistics staff, partner customers, infrastructure providers, and necessary service providers for operations, support, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for logistics operations, customer support, security audits, compliance obligations, and dispute resolution. After that period, information is deleted, anonymized, or archived as required.

Security

The app uses HTTPS for data transmission. Passwords are stored as secure server-side hashes, and sessions use system secure storage where available. GPS lock passwords and sensitive actions are available only to accounts with the required permissions.
